Since 1974,
Rock Maple Realty has been serving the
midcoast region of Maine,
originally specializing in rural land, country homes, and farms from a
two person office at Stickney Corner in Washington.
During the past
three decades, we've added a few more agents, gained enormous expertise
in all aspects of real estate, and moved into more spacious quarters.
But we still consider ourselves a small agency by industry standards.
Our modest size
allows us to provide more personalized service to our clients. Rather
than
practicing "appointed agency", in which only one agent represents a buyer
or seller client, when Rock Maple represents you, all of our
agents represent you. Together.
All of us at
Rock Maple Realty believe that "the customer" comes first. We work hard
to make sure that our clients, whether buyers or sellers, are satisfied.
Take a minute to read the biographies of our agents, who represent a
combined total of over a century's experience. Then give us a
call, send us a letter or e-mail, or stop by our office on
Union Common. Let us help you make the process of buying or selling your land or home
more personal.
